Warrior Fit Bootcamp was established in 2014 servicing customers all over the I.E. We Jake, and Leah Cooper purchased the gym in October 2018. We are a husband and wife team. My husband Jake Cooper is our Certified Master Trainer and Nutritionist and brings to us with over 10 years’ experience in the fitness and the sporting goods industry. My husband and I have been together for 5 years and we currently reside in Sage California. We both share a love for fitness and started out as fellow boot campers ourselves. We absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere and the community. With Jake’s fitness background and my experience in marketing and bookkeeping, we managed to come together and run this gym!
At Warrior Fit Bootcamp we strive to produce a fun, hard-working, family environment in hopes that whoever comes into train enjoys the facility, their workout, and products the boot camp has to offer.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM BY: WARRIOR FIT BOOT CAMP
The Warrior Fitness Formula workouts are designed to shed your unwanted body fat in the shortest amount of time possible while giving you maximum results under the supervision of the most qualified personal trainers.
While exercise is important so is healthy eating. We will also help guide you in your eating and nutrition to help speed up the process on your fat loss and weight loss goals.
Workouts are 45 minutes long NON-STOP! Each day we focus on different muscle groups and design the workout for cardio and weight training in every class.
KEYS TO SUCCESS
Getting plenty of rest is key for muscle growth and recooperation. So get plenty of sleep every night.
High protein and low carbs meals are always the best way to promote lean muscle growth. Don't forget your fruits and veggies.
